It's almost spring time... picnic planning!

I keep dreaming of picnics and hikes; packing a cooler, putting Lindsey in a stroller and heading to park for the afternoon, loading the family up and getting away to Stone Mountain for a hike and lunch...

So while dreaming of afternoon walks, spending time together, and getting out to enjoy the fresh air I also dream about what would make for a perfect picnic lunch! I received the Big Size Insulated Lunch Bag / Cooler by Sacko for review, and we love the size of this cooler and all the extra pockets / webbing around the outside. This is absolutely perfect for family car trips, picnics, and outings. Keep your favorite drinks, snacks and / or a lunch at your fingertips. Load it up with your favorites and keep it in the car to entertain and keep the family fed during car trips, take a picnic lunch to the beach, pack it with your favorite grilling goodies and take a trip to the park! Lots of great options - all things I can't wait to do now that it's finally starting to warm up again too.

Here are some of the recipes I either know we enjoy or would like to try for a picnic outing:

Sandwiches:
Crock Pot Chicken Salad
CBLT Wraps
Easy Egg Salad
Perfect Summer Sandwiches
Tuna Salad Club Wrap
Tuna Sandwiches (my way!)
Turkey Club Sandwiches

Side Dish:
Loaded Baked Potato Salad
Garden Pasta Salad
Restaurant Style Coleslaw
Fresh Fruit Salad
Fruit Fluff Salad (side and / or dessert)

Dessert:
Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Oat-rageous chocolate chip cookies
Toffee Crunch Cookies
Lemon Sunshine Cake
Too Much Chocolate Cake
S'mores Bars
Summery Fruit Pizza
